  Thank you so much for teaching the class last Friday. The things we talked about and the techniques we used were very beneficial. I was diagnosed with Post traumatic Stress Disorder while in my 20's, I spent a fair amount of time in therapy. I never fully remembered my childhood but decided not to live in my wounds, to live in the present. However over the years I have studied many modes of healing and spiritual work.
Several years I spent in the study of Native American Medicine, in sweat lodges and even as a Fire Keeper. I was a Tai Chi instructor for a while and studied all aspects and many different methods of Chi pathways and exercises. I have a certificate as a hypnotherapist as well as an  N.L.P. practitioner. I spent a year doing an in depth study in Chakra energy. I have taught many classes and led women’s groups teaching all the things I have learned. Yet I have always felt a little haunted. 
Like there was a piece missing.   After our class, I started having  memories.I was a little alarmed at first. Anyone who has dealt with P.T.S.D. would be. But when I relaxed a bit I realized all the childhood memories I was having were HAPPY. I suddenly remember the smallest little things like wearing my pajama bottoms under my dress to school and hoping no one would notice, and laughing about it with my sister. I feel like I honored something in my childhood that was causing a block in my energy and not letting me feel completely free and relaxed. I am not sure if that is an adequate explanation. But I feel really good it seems as if some kind of fear is gone that I really didn't know I was holding on to. I am not sure I understand all the dynamics of the treatment, but I don't feel I need to. I am tapping all the time now, for every injury, ache , pain, or sadness and completely focused on just the HEALING, for once, not trying to analyze or understand it.
